Sanjay has joined Media Nucleus to build out the Middle East and North Africa business as CEO. He will also be responsible for strategic OEM tie-ups with technology providers and set-top-box manufacturers. Sanjay has years of experience in distribution business of the broadcast industry having been responsible for the distribution of Star India and subsequently for international distribution of Zee TV.

He has a deep domain understanding of the different existing and emerging distribution modes. Before starting, Media Nucleus, Middle East, he was the President of a large set top box manufacturer based in Dubai with operations in Far East.

Santosh is Co-founder and heads the India business managing the Operations and Sales. He has been instrumental in establishing Media Nucleus in the software domain of DTH and Broadcast and establishing a leadership in the niche market. Santosh’s rich and varied experience in broadcast software technology and management ranges from programming and project management to running the Operations. Before co founding Media Nucleus, Santosh was involved with Recreate Solutions, a leading provider of Television and Mobile Gaming.

He had also worked with Zee Television heading their Technology division in Mumbai and initiating many broadcast technology solutions for the entire business. Santosh has over a decade of experience in the Broadcast Software Arena and is a B.Tech in Electronics engineering from Mumbai University.

As Co-founder and Head of the Delivery, Rajiv is responsible for defining and evaluating development strategies. Rajiv’s career involves around 10 years of experience in media technology and broadcast industry. His development methodology ensures timely and cost effective solutions.

Rajiv is graduated with a bachelor's degree in Science. He has a proven track record of supporting and directing software and technology businesses. Rajiv is recognized and respected as a leading expert in Media and Broadcast industry. Rajiv is responsible for redefining development strategies, evaluating, approving, and percolating the usage of new technologies and software for Quality Assurance.

 

Vinay Ambardekar is a Director and Co-Founder of Media Nucleus. He is responsible for all financial control and administration related issues. Prior to Media Nucleus, he was involved with Corpus and Recreate Solutions as Head of Finance.

He has also worked with a number of VCs in India, where he managed assignments and developed extensive skills in international fund structuring, regulatory consulting and accounting. Vinay brings 15 years of accounting, tax and regulatory compliances experience across regions. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
